Maroon Bells Wilderness Downhill - Novice
The tour begins with a drive to the "most photographed peaks in North America" - The Maroon Bells and Maroon Lake. A refreshing snack will be served along the way. At Maroon Lake, your guide will lead you on a short orientation at the lake acquainting you with some of the local wildflowers, trees and geology. After everyone has limbered up, you will begin your effortless 12-mile paved, downhill descent. Along the way, you are welcome to stop and enjoy the spectacular views, and to photograph one of the most picturesque wilderness areas in Colorado. Your trip finishes in Aspen. The Maroon Bells road is closed to most vehicular traffic for the majority of the summer, and affords a perfect opportunity to enjoy some downhill Colorado mountain biking.VIDEO: Maroon Bells Wilderness Downhill

Ashcroft Ghost Town Downhill - Novice
This Bicycle trip is great for those of you who fancy history. Ashcroft was the first silver mining town in the valley, but became a ghost town the minute silver was found in Aspen. The guides will share this interesting history with you. There is ample time for picture taking, and strolling through Ashcroft. From there, jump on your bikes and begin meandering downhill through alpine meadows. Along our paved, 11 -mile route back down into Aspen you will be surrounded by 14,000 foot peaks. A refreshing snack will be served along the way. This is one of the most beautiful areas in the Rocky Mountains. If you're looking to cruise a bit, descend some intermediate hills, and bike some incredible Colorado "back-roads" then this is the trip for you! You will traverse this unpaved road into Old Snowmass while enjoying expansive views of ranchlands and 14,000-foot peaks. Llama, sheep, and horse ranches dot the countryside.| Min. Experience the Valley's renowned single-track trails. Gain more technical knowledge on narrow, off-road trails while surrounded by spectacular mountain views. Experience on a bike advised. These tours utilize state of the art full suspension mountain bikes and a variety of backcountry roads and or single-track trails. Trail choices include the Rim Trail, Government or Tom Blake.

What to Wear
We will provide rain jackets if necessary. We recommend comfortable clothes that will allow you to move your arms and legs freely. On warm sunny days, wear shorts, t-shirt, and sturdy shoes appropriate for biking or hiking. A light fleece jacket or sweater is good for cool days and early morning trips.Reservations
