The BEST location in Snowmass Village! Breakfast is nothing great, but is something to eat before I go out skiing. The rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable. The friendliest staff I encountered in Snowmass. I will be returning to the Pokolodi Lodge for my next visit to Snowmass Village.

Pokolodi Lodge is a great skier value! This was our second stay there in the last 5-6 years, and we will return. Pokolodi staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, WiFi worked great, and the breakfast, while basic, is plentiful. We checked-out on a Sunday morning, but they made a changing room available to us later that day before we left Snowmass - a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - clean and well-maintained. The short walk to the parking lot, Aspen bus terminal, and Snowmass chair lift makes this a really convenient location. It's a great value.

Amazing value, clean rooms, comfortable beds, xlnt hot tub and pool. Most of the front desk people were nice but one fellow needed an attitude adjustment. It's a no frills hotel but let's face it, you're there to ski. Rather inconvenient parking but workable. Great location near the slopes. I would recommend this to a friend. Didn't try the continental breakfast. Frig in room is a great convenience. Having microwaves in room would be a huge bonus.

Nice accommodations at a reasonable price. Friendly staff that wanted to help. Only need is more seating for breakfast which is a problem since the common area is small. Very convenient to transportation, a big plus! This was our first visit and would consider staying here again.

I read some of the older reviews and they do not apply any longer. I believe all rooms have been updated, I stayed on the upper floor facing the pool and the room was a great deal for the money. You can't beat the location, you are steps away from the slope, steps away from the restaurants and steps away from the shuttle that takes you anywhere you want to go. Of course you can spend $450+ a night and get 5 star accommodations but hey, I'm here to ski, not show off in the bar. My room had 2 queen beds, comfy beds I might add, new comforter etc, made it very convenient to sleep in one bed and put our ski gear on the other bed. There is a a place in the room to hang your skis and a small fridge, coffeemaker etc. I found it to be clean and updated. I will always stay there and do recommend it to my friends and a great lodging value. Continental breakfast is free and decent. I wouldn't pay more to stayh someplace else. Pray for SNOW.

Maid service comes only once a day, and I you have your "do not distrub" sign up, they just put some towles in a bag and leave outside your door.
Nice place to stay for the money, only about 100 Yards fromt the lift. Pool and spa are outside and uncovered though, and you have to pay $25 to park in the lot.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful.
Location is very good.
The rooms are very old, kind of dirty, and have seen better days. The bathroom wasn't too bad. The walls are extremely thin and I heard neighbors above and on both sides early in the morning. It was a decent deal, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Incredible location!! Within steps of the lifts and the mall. Convenient to all the Snowmass Village restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was always perfect at the end of the day and the views were beautiful. The room was always clean and the people were friendly. Don't expect 5 star accomodations, but the location makes up for the budget hotel ambiance. Paying half of what we would have spent for condos not nearly as close to the lifts, made Pokolodi lodge a winner for us!

The rooms are very old fashioned with mattresses that felt like they have not been switched in 15 years. The bathrooms are carpeted and very crowded, the tub leaked and was not large enough to take a bath in for a normal sized individual. My room was right on the street and the doors open up right to the outside like a motel not a nice hotel (which you would expect for $185). There was constant noise from the plows all night (which was a good sign that the skiing was awesome the next day), but I was so tired that I could not enjoy it. The hot-tub (a must for skiiers that ski for more than two consecutive days) is a freezing 50 yards away from the hotel. The (?hot) breakfast was cheap donuts that you buy at a convenience store and not much more.

The pictures do not do it justice. The lodge is much nicer than the pictures. Everyone is very helpful and I just found them to be extremly nice people. They make you feel right at home.
