The Hotel was perfect in so many ways. As others have commented before, if you want a central location that is convenient to Everything, it may be the best place in Aspen. The staff was terrific from pre-planning to check out, fresh breakfast in the AM and wine apres ski. Make sure you stay in any part of the hotel you can that is Away from the "Belly Up Alley". I was in a terribly noisy room between the bands 1am load outs, and the 6am garbage truck pick ups, sleep was a premium for a few hours. They did provide ear plugs after I complained. I suggest Ear Plugs upon check -In, and adding a "white noise" machine in the room. I look forward to returning if they could make sure I am somewhere on the otherside of the property. Loved the Roof Top Hot Tub and the views, very unique. Thanks

Hotel is cute, clean & quaint. I would NOT recommend a room that faces the Town Square/near Belly Up bar on the weekend. I got no sleep until 3AM. After hours check-in is a bit unsafe as your key is left in an envelope with your name on it in an unlocked box at front door. Parking is also a bit of a mess - ask for recommendations prior to arrival.

Great location compared to the lift and an awesome rooftop hot tub. Only gripe I have is the "deluxe view" rooms are not all very deluxe. Mine didn't really have a view at all, more of the side of the building next door than the mountain. Otherwise excellent breakfast options and location.

Stayed on two weekends in September. The first was perfect; room was roomy, had a table/chairs, couch, large bed and great color scheme. This is a very nice property, but as one reviewer wrote, avoid rooms that face east (#212 is one of them) because those face an alley behind the Belly-Up. People pouring out the back of the nightclub as well as employees on a smoke break make a lot of noise. Then in the morning, trucks collecting garbage are even worse. The staff however, gladly assigned us another room. So, the rooms we stayed in facing west and north were perfect. Will definitely stay there again.
